Adaptation Distillation: In the books, Harry pulls a It's Not You, It's My Enemies on Ginny as he sets out for the Horcruxes at the end of Half-Blood Prince, which leads to a bittersweet reunion in the Deathly Hallows novel where they clearly still have feelings for each other but cannot act on it and leaves Ginny in a rare state of tears (and Ron angry, feeling Harry is toying with Ginny's feelings). ![]()
